After completing an internship at Group Circle Counseling under Dr. Juanita Kirby, he transitioned into a successful private practice, where he had provided transformative therapy.

"My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and gestalt modalities.

Whether in a boardroom or a therapy room, the goal is always positive, sustainable outcomes."

Passion for Mentorship

Beyond direct care, Gilbert is a dedicated LPC Supervisor. Since 2004, he has mentored countless LPC Associates from their days as Master's level students to becoming fully licensed colleagues. This passion for "growing the profession" informs every presentation, ensuring that attendees walk away with practical, supervisory-level insights.
